Daily Reads and Journals
The most important story is you own. Journaling is a beautiful way to take care of yourself and get to know yourself. Sometimes a daily reading or prompt can make you stop and take a minute to actually think about YOU.
Recovery (from anything)
We're all in recovery from something. Our own emotions, relationships with others, substances, shopping, sex, trauma, unhappiness, you name it. You can not only do better, you can BE better. Some of these are 12-step (AA, etc) based, but the same principles can be applied to whatever it is you suffer from. True happiness is an inside job.
